The opportunity:
We are looking for Sales & Marketing Manager Motorcycle UK & IR to join our Goodyear team. On this position you will:
1. Lead sustainable business and brand activation in designated area of United Kingdom & Ireland.
2. Be a key member of the Motorcycle Team at setting overall business direction & contrbute to team capability development. Develop high performing organization & drive aligned values & behaviours across responsible business areas.
3. Deliver defined Motorcycle business objectives (volume, Mix, Net Sales, EBIT, SOM).
4. Implement & execute Market Value Proposition, Sales Projects. Ensure usage of company Sales and Marketing tools by the team.
5. Lead and execute local Motorsport activities (Track Days, Road Racing Championship and Motocross Championship).
6. Develop and execute the UK & IR Motorcycle strategy & execute in market to deliver defined business objectives (volume, Mix, Net sales, SAD, EBIT, SOM).
7. Building relationship with Key customers, while executing distribution and brand strategy.
8. Lead the annual Motorcycle AOP business planning process to develop the annual business targets & associated strategies & plans in alignment with the Motorcycle Management.
9. Be a key member of the Motocycle business Team with regular communication on regional level.
10. Fully participate in the development of long term business strategies & associated plans.
11. Drive the aligned values & behaviours within the Motorcycle organization.
To join our Team you will need:
12. At least 5 years’ experience in a Customer facing role (Extensive Motorcycle Tyre Management Experience would be a plus).
13. Proven experience in Team Management.
14. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
15. P&L management – budgeting, action resolution and demonstrate new business opportunities.
16. High level experience in Contractual negotiations and ability to represent GYDU to Board Level.
17. Ability to develop Annual Operating Plans.
