We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning organisation, who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Coventry, with hybrid working policy (4 days home working) and a salary of up to £30,000.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own ledger and running aged debt reports.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Running Age Debt Report and maintaining customer portfolio
2. Monitoring the Collections inbox in a timely manner
3. Raising credits and avoiding backlogs
4. Collecting payment by phone, email and letters, and taking responsibility for outbound and inbound calls
5. Preparing bad debt write off and actioning write offs
6. Allocating payments and ensuring the ledgers are accurate
Experience required:
1. Experience managing a Ledger
2. Experience running aged debt reports
