Job Description: As our Deputy Registered Manager, you will support the Registered Manager by setting best practices and ensuring everyone adheres to our high standards. You'll oversee recruitment compliance with CQC regulations, conduct assessments, and keep all monitoring, care planning, and assessments up to date for our clients. Key Responsibilities: · Supporting the Registered Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Live-In and Domiciliary care services. · Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards. · Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Care Managers and Coordinators. · Develop and implement individualised care plans. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. · Promote our services and drive brand awareness within the community. · Continuously strive to improve the quality of care provided. · Focus on the growth of our care services.. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability. Requirements: · Passionate about providing high-quality care and building the brand. · NVQ 3 or 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desired) · Proven experience in Live-In and Domiciliary care. · Strong leadership and management skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
