What you'll be doing: As a Customer Service Advisor, your job is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our clients. You will be responsible for making and receiving calls, providing support to our clients at any point of the customer lifecycle, for example if they need to change the vehicle on their policy, have a question about their policy terms or payments, or as they renew their policy. What we're looking for: An effective communicator who is confident on the telephone A supportive team player A commitment to delivering a memorable customer experience You don’t need any experience in insurance or the financial services, retail or other customer facing experience would be advantageous.
