The Project Manager to the CEO will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer by overseeing high-priority projects, facilitating decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership, contributing directly to the firm's success.
The role is based in the City of London, with 2 days per week in the office with the CEO team.
What work will I be doing?
1. Manage and execute cross-functional ad hoc and strategic initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
2. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders across business units, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm to facilitate project success.
What are we looking for?
You’ll demonstrate:
* 3+ years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, or business operations.
* Prior experience in financial services or a global corporate environment is a strong plus.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities with flexibility and discretion.
Desirable:

* A strong interest in financial services.
* Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Six Sigma).
* Experience working directly with C-suite executives.
