Position Overview: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Technician Apprentice to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring the accurate entry, management, and matching of data in our CRM systems, including Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills and experience using CRM platforms to support the smooth operation of the office and deliver excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & CRM Management - Accurately enter, update, and manage client and property data in our CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, ensuring all information is current, complete, and consistent. Data Matching & Quality Assurance - Regularly verify data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and eliminate discrepancies. Correct errors and perform data cleansing to maintain high data quality. CRM Utilisation - Utilise Salesforce for tracking client interactions, generating reports, and managing customer relationships. Ensure all client communications are logged accurately. Reporting & Analytics - Assist in generating data-driven reports using Salesforce and other tools, providing insights on client status, project progress, and business performance. Database & Document Management - Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring key data is stored correctly and accessible when needed. Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, answering inbound calls, filing, and correspondence, with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail. Experience & Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess these desirable skills: Experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles, with familiarity in managing data within CRM systems such as Salesforce Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for managing and analysing data Experience with CRM systems Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Strong organisational skills Entry Requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
