Location: Manchester City Centre – Hybrid Working option available – Friday and one other day per week office based, 3 days working from home.
Competitive salary plus up to £500 per month commission based bonus scheme.
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm or 9:30am –5:00pm (shift dependant).

We’re looking for a Collections Agent to join our ever evolving SMB Collections team to help us unleash the potential of every business.
About the team
Our Collections teams provide support to our Global Business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on cash collection, and aged debt clearance.
Our teams work Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. We offer a hybrid working model split between working in our Manchester city centre office and home working so good for work-life balance and there are optional overtime opportunities available.
What you’ll own
You’ll be part of a high performing, fast-paced team who always strive to exceed cash and quality targets whilst operating in line with FCA, DPA and Banking Code Regulations.
You will strive to exceed cash and reduction of debtors targets whilst maintaining excellent customer experience. You will be working across multiple platforms and systems with the aim to provide a first-time resolution service to a portfolio of corporate customers.

* Excellent customer service skills with experience of negotiation and influence.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Any previous exposure to working in a targeted driven environment.
* Understanding of Direct Debits.
* Sound knowledge of debt reduction.

* Experience working with corporate customers.
