Who will I support?
We are looking for great people to join our teams' supporting adults with learning disabilities in their own homes in Newbury.
It's important you can connect, share interests and be interested. The people you will be supporting enjoy shopping trips, popping out for coffee, Music, Art and swimming and walking, amongst a whole range of other interests and hobbies, so you should be prepared to be busy and take part in a range of activities.
They also have their own vehicles so you will need to be a driver with a UK manual licence and be prepared to drive their vehicles.
We're all about people, so we will match you with one of our fantastic people or teams to make sure you're just the person they are looking for.

How will I make a difference?
As a support worker you'll be there to lend a helping hand in a way that puts the person's needs first, this means: You will
