We are now recruiting for an Administrator to join is at our Headquarters in Birchwood, Warrington. This role will require office presence & you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Reporting into the Administration Lead, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
* Responsible for organizational and clerical support tasks depending on company needs.
* May act as receptionist by operating multi-line telephone console, greeting visitors, vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors, and ensures that they are escorted to the proper office.
* Helps organize and maintain office common areas.
* May perform various clerical tasks such as arranging calendars, scheduling meetings, producing and distributing correspondence, arranging logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other events.
* Maintains office equipment as necessary.
5+ years of relevant administration/ office experience
* Good standard of education
* Strong organisational skills
* Currently hold SC or are prepared to go through the SC process
