What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in keeping our parts department running smoothly and our customers happy. This includes:
* Supporting and leading day-to-day operations in a hands-on role
* Responding to trade parts enquiries over the phone and online
* Identifying the right parts for each job, using your product knowledge and tools provided
* Spotting opportunities to offer promotions and additional parts that add value for our customers
* Keeping your knowledge sharp with training, bulletins, and product updates
