Job Description
We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Chelmsford office as a Trust Accounts Assistant. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in accountancy. As a Junior Trust Accounts Assistant, you will support the wider team by completing routine tasks and providing excellent client service. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, helping you to develop your skills across various accounting services, including trust accounting, tax investigations, and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist senior colleagues in gathering information and communicating with clients on routine matters.
2. Prepare trust and Ltd company accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Prepare VAT returns and management accounts under the supervision of senior staff.
4. Communicate and liaise with external clients, aiming to deliver customer service excellence both verbally and in writing.
5. Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
6. Participate in team activities that enhance business and client standards.
7. Uphold and promote the Xeinadin vision and values in all your work.
