They deeply understand our target clients everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how savi's product helps solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with product managers, marketing content designers and writers, and product developers, the product marketing manager shapes effective, impactful marketing content. Responsibilities Craft savi's product storytelling vision and voice Communicate internally and externally articulating our platforms benefits and features in a compelling manner that resonates with our commercial teams and clients. Lead the production of product marketing content development. e.g. Tailored sales enablement materials, pitch decks, product demos, case studies, customer testimonials, ROI calculators, social media posts and web content. Create and drive go to market (GTM) strategies for new product/feature releases to ensure effective product/features launch Collaborate closely with product management to understand how platform features align with market needs; and to understand feature adoption and usage. Optimising marketing communications and ensuring communication of how our solution addresses customer pain points effectively. Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our platform for different customer segments. Manage and communicate a product marketing deployment timeline. Collaborating with other group marketing functions for cohesive campaigns. Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends refined strategies appropriately. Objectives: Improve savi’s product marketing content output Develop product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers Ensure all product marketing copy fits with savi’s brand ideals build relationships with external and internal stakeholders Track product marketing budgets and spend, ensuring ROI Convert prospects into customers through consistent communication Profile Proven expertise in Product Marketing, having previously taken new products (and/ or features) successfully to market Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams across the business Excellent multi-channel communication skills, capturing the unique stories, and visual assets that that engage clients and drive commercial outcomes Outstanding social media marketing skills connecting and developing audiences and growing relationships with them over time. Results-driven approach with a focus on data-driven decision-making A customer-first mindset that can be demonstrated through past projects and project outcomes. Proficient in translating technical specifications and capabilities into customer and business value statements This role reports to the Director, Product Europe. savi operates a hybrid working arrangement, which is currently three days a week in the Corby office.
