Job Description: Breakfast Manager

Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily breakfast operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
* Manage and train kitchen and dining staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Develop and maintain breakfast menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
* Monitor inventory and supply levels to ensure readiness and quality of breakfast offerings.
* Implement cost control measures to optimize budget and reduce waste.
* Respond to guest feedback promptly, resolving any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving breakfast service and offerings.
* Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during breakfast hours.
Essential Qualifications:
* No specific educational qualification required.
Desired Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate staff.
* Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
