MS Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect
The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect with extensive experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 F&O projects. The role requires a hands-on approach, practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products, and experience in consultancy, client interaction, and team management. The architect will contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and business development, while leading and mentoring junior staff.
This position is crucial for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, offering a dynamic opportunity within a global Big 4 firm.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
* Participate in full project lifecycle from end to end
* Manage D365FO interfaces and integrations
* Resolve complex problems with creative solutions
* Champion technical and functional best practices
* Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities
* Collaborate globally to enhance Dynamics functionalities
* Ensure quality in pre-sales engagements
* Define training and coach team members
* Deliver consultancy following KPMG methodology
* Manage risks and communicate progress
* Stay updated on product roadmaps and future releases
* Identify opportunities for upselling and practice development
* Lead and mentor junior staff
* Represent KPMG professionally
Requirements:
* Experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamics 365
* Experience with large ERP implementations
* Proficiency in out-of-the-box and custom solutions
* Strong consulting and presentation skills
* Ability to engage with C-Suite stakeholders
* Certifications in Dynamics 365 and knowledge of best practices
* Deep knowledge of core Finance processes
* Beneficial: experience in Manufacturing, HR, Project Management, Procurement, or Logistics
* Experience working with offshore teams and Agile methodology
* Knowledge of Azure, cloud tech, Power Platform, and BI
* Strong business process mapping and documentation skills
