WHAT TO EXPECT
The key elements of the Maintenance Planner role include:
1. Daily management of the MAPS/SAP PM system for FA02 and FA03.
2. Create and adjust frequencies, adjust labour hours, audit PM schedules and Job Plans.
3. Update and maintain the PMCR Register.
4. Use the Statutory Inspections reporting and planning system, issue Defect Reports and track Immediate Defect/Time Qualifying Reports through to closure.
5. Attend PM Review and Weekend Planning Meetings, employing the SAP System to assign tasks for personnel.
This role also adheres to standardised work, proactively engages in improvement activities and contributes to the overall achievement of the team.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Support the operational team in the completion of Maintenance targets.
2. Contribute to the achievement of the PM completion.
3. Ensure the Statutory Inspection reports (BES) are flagged to the maintenance operational team.
4. Contribute to improvement ideas to work group.
5. Take responsibility for Health and Safety of self and others.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1. Knowledge and experience of maintenance processes, asset management and facilities/equipment.
2. Conscientious and able to help drive the PM completion.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, not afraid of change.
4. Willingness to challenge peers within the maintenance and wider fraternity.
5. Computer literate in Microsoft packages with excellent Excel capabilities.
