CF Group, Ipswich IP3 9SX £35,000 - £42,000 per annum 40 hours per week Permanent Reference: 0863 Your role CF Group is recruiting qualified Teachers, HLTAs and Tutors to work on a across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. We support children from across the key stages who have various needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD and complex medical needs. We are looking for candidates with an understanding of SEN and Mental Health, who are dynamic and proactive, with strong behaviour management, having had previous experience of working with pupils who struggle in a classroom environment. There is a requirement to plan, deliver, provide feedback and monitor progress. Your responsibilities Key Responsibilities of a Tutor and Curriculum Lead: build secure relationships with young people and their families to plan and deliver effective teaching and learning for each young person to manage behaviour positively and consistently to adhere to CF’s policies, procedures and expectations for Education systems and documentation to lead the PSHE curriculum across CF; developing teaching and learning and support colleagues across the service. Face-to-face interviews will be at our Head Office in Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9SX as will a mandatory safeguarding and induction session, alongside 2 annual training days across the academic year. We also work with those whose education is being disrupted by domestic circumstances, injury or ill health, and young people who are at risk of exploitation or already caught up in the criminal justice system. We have a team of qualified Teachers, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, Social Workers, Social Work Assistants and Youth Mentors.
