Job Title: Senior HR Advisor – Manufacturing
Are you an HR Generalist who craves variety and diversity? You’ve likely led projects and taken ownership of their implementation. As our Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be responsible for our Bolton site and support our Manchester site. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Job Description:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll oversee our Bolton site and support Manchester. The role is operational, focusing on daily HR activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including occasional night shifts.
Key Tasks:
* Managing ER cases for approximately 200 colleagues across both sites
* Partnering with managers to ensure HR policies are understood and applied
* Updating HR trackers and data, transitioning to a new HR system
* Leading projects to enhance employee experience and well-being
Person Specification:
You are an experienced, resilient HR professional comfortable with multitasking. Ideally, you have:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
* Experience in a business with 100+ employees
* Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from contracts to SLT presentations
* Proven track record in HR projects
* People-first, business-partnering approach
* Experience with unionised sites (GMB/Unite preferred)
