Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support company operations by maintaining office systems.
Maintain office services by:
1. Organizing office operations and procedures.
2. Assisting with payroll.
3. Assisting with AIA pay applications.
4. Managing correspondence and answering office phone.
5. Designing and maintaining filing systems.
6. Reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
7. Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
8. Ensuring office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
9. Communicating daily with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Keep management informed by:
1. Reviewing and analyzing special reports.
2. Identifying trends and proposing actionable solutions.
3. Participating in payroll operations and assisting with ensuring accuracy in employee records and payments.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of office administration experience in the construction industry (experience with general contractors preferred).
2. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and financial tasks.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with employees, clients, and vendors.
5. Proficiency in office software and tools.
6. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly
