Customer Service Executive
£23,000 - £24,000 basic + Bonus
EFS Global are rapidly expanding, with this, we are seeking one experienced Customer Service Executive to join our experienced team. The role is office/desk based, working from our Head Office in Burnley, supporting over 30 depots across the UK.
We will ensure you have all the tools to succeed, including any training required to improve your knowledge of our industry; however, previous experience in a Customer Service or equivalent role is a must.
The Role:
* Establish a long-term relationship with EFS customers
* Consult with customers & internal departments/other depots to drive customer satisfaction
* Gain testimonials & reviews from our many happy existing customers
* Proactively monitor and facilitate the customer’s adoption of our services
* Look for ways to effectively develop additional revenues through upsell, cross-sell, and value-added services.
* Identify at-risk customers and arrange appointments to help retention
* Maintain and develop our CRM system.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience within customer account management/customer relationship management/customer service & sales role is essential.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with customers across a wide spectrum of industries
* Excellent attention to detail
* Outstanding time management and organisation skills
* Resourceful approach to problem-solving
* Experience with CRM systems, Excel, and Word
In return, as the Customer Service Executive, you will be offered a competitive salary of £23,000-£24,000 per annum, with a generous commission structure in place making realistic earning potential £30,000, with the opportunity to earn more.
We have no weekends and an early finish on Fridays.
Mon-Thurs: 8:30 – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30 – 2:30pm
