My client is a Private Equity firm based in Central London looking to hire a Receptionist to join their busy Front of House team. You will be the first point of contact meeting and greeting guests, as well as managing the meeting rooms.
Responsibilities:
1. Front of house management, including meeting and greeting of all guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Ensuring the meeting rooms and board room are ready for internal and external meetings.
3. Monitoring the reception and events inbox and responding to requests.
4. Managing the stationery room; ordering and replenishing stock and keeping the area tidy.
5. Event support and liaising on catering requirements.
6. Answering all incoming calls and communicating messages when required.
7. Sorting incoming mail and courier deliveries.
8. Assisting with IT set up in the meeting rooms.
9. A can-do attitude with a willingness to help.
10. This is an office-based role.
