Purchasing Administrator – Wilmslow
Salary: £26,000Full-Time | Office-Based | Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organisation? We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team and support the Office Manager with all aspects of the accounts function.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Processing supplier orders & invoices – ensuring accuracy in quantities & pricing
* Managing expense claims & preparing weekly payment runs
* Liaising with managers & suppliers to ensure timely payments
* Maintaining accurate records & housekeeping of accounting systems
* General administration & filing to support smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
* Excellent communication & telephone manner
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
* Previous experience in an accounts department preferred
