Develop an early years career approach to support and develop young talent. Embed a coaching culture across the business. And be: Experienced in developing and planning Learning & Talent activities across an organisation. Determined to deliver the best possible learning service for the organisation. Results focussed, pragmatic and engaging, balancing Learning & Talent plans with overall strategic objectives.
