In the short time they have been trading they have seen their business grow rapidly, largely due to the 20 years’ expert experience of the senior management team. Due to the success of the company, they are now urgently looking for the services of an experienced Office Manager to join their expert team based in the Leyland area. Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in workflow. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Manage correspondence, reports, and documentation. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally. Human Resources & Payroll Support: Maintain employee records, attendance, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Financial & Accounting Support: Work closely with the accounting department to process invoices and payroll. Operations & Logistics Support: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping teams for smooth workflow. Maintain records of inventory, production schedules, and purchase orders. Assist in compliance with industry regulations and audits. Communication & Coordination: Support senior management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
