We are looking for an exceptional Football Development Coordinator to oversee and enhance our football programs, ensuring high coaching standards, player progression, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & Deliver High-Quality Coaching Sessions – Plan and execute structured football training for various age groups and abilities.
* Coach Development & Mentorship – Recruit, train, and mentor a team of coaches to maintain our high coaching standards.
* Program Growth & Development – Expand our training programs and school partnerships.
* Player Progression & Talent ID – Identify and nurture young talent, providing pathways to local teams and academies.
* Community & Club Engagement – Build relationships with schools, grassroots clubs, and local organisations.
* Safeguarding & Compliance – Ensure a safe, inclusive, and professional environment, adhering to FA safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in football coaching & development, ideally in a leadership role
* Strong organisational & communication skills
* Ability to motivate and mentor young players & coaches
* Passion for grassroots football and player development
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Valid First Aid & Safeguarding certificates
* Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (essential)
