An experienced IT Project Manager is required to lead and manage onsite and offshore IT development teams, delivering IT projects on time, budget, and scope, and having the potential to evolve into Head of Product and Engineering.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.
* Develop understanding and ownership of existing IT systems
* Develop and own roadmap for future IT projects
* Plan and lead the successful delivery of all IT projects
* Manage the team of developers, business analyst, QA analyst, designer, etc.
* Work with business stakeholders to define the scope and requirements for new projects
* Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle
* Produce documentation including project scope, project plan, project deliverables, release notes, and user guides
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in a software/IT environment, 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.
Additional requirements include results-oriented and customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and experience working with distributed development teams in the UK and India.
