You will lead and manage the customer delivery, warehouse and administration operations to deliver outstanding levels of customer service, achieve network KPIs and cost control in a safe, efficient and legally compliant environment. In doing so you will also ensure the CDH operates to exceed our obligations as an exemplary operator under the DVSA Earned Recognition scheme. Operational Performance Demonstrate an understanding of the Partnership strategy and how the CDH network operational strategy contributes to and complements the vision. Demonstrate an understanding of the bigger picture in terms of the economy, the competition, competitor proposition and external factors that influence retail delivery functions. Set a clear vision and direction to achieve outcomes aligned to the Partnership strategy. Contribute to divisional initiatives, pilots and working groups to maximise network opportunities through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Customer Lead and empower Partners and third party colleagues to deliver an excellent end to end customer experience by role modelling outstanding customer service in everything you do. Proactively support Partners to act as brand ambassadors, ensuring that the Customer Delivery Proposition and the Partnership brand vision are all achieved.
