Job Title: ADHD Support Assistant
Location: Tuebrook, Liverpool
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per hour
- Provide one-to-one support for students with ADHD in an educational setting
- Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with ADHD
- Support students with ADHD in developing study skills and strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to the educational team
- Relevant experience working with individuals with ADHD
- Strong understanding of ADHD and its impact on learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of educational policies and procedures
- A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
- Experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly ADHD
- Knowledge of ADHD interventions and strategies
- Ability to adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students with ADHD
- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) support
- Certification in ADHD coaching or support
- Work in an educational setting with students with ADHD
- Full-time hours with occasional flexibility based on student needs
- Collaborative work environment with teachers and educational professionals
- Potential for additional training and professional development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
