We are seeking a Fleet Engineering Analyst to provide administrative and analytical support to our central Fleet Compliance team and the broader Fleet Engineering teams across our organisation. As a key member of the broader Fleet Engineering function, the Fleet Engineering Analyst produces & maintains reporting, and provides insights which can drive improvements within Fleet Engineering. The Fleet Engineering Analyst collaborates with operational Fleet Engineering teams providing data analytics to improve KPI performance, vehicle uptime and uphold legislative and compliance related obligations. Recognised as a key point of expertise for Fleet Engineering related data and administration. Compiling and analysing data for vehicle off road reporting, providing insight to leadership as to key trends. Collating and circulating relevant contractual reports, whilst cross referencing previous data. Centrally raising engineering contractual orders (PO’s) and providing fleet information to contractual suppliers. Supporting service scheduling for operational sites, ensuring a smooth and balanced schedule to ensure all vehicle and trailer servicing is completed within SLA. Supporting Engineering Managers on proposed fleet moves, ensuring a fully compliant audit trail. Ensuring all relevant fleet systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner following fleet moves, acquisition or hire. Providing accessible reporting for the VMU’s on parked up/mothball assets. Compiling and cross referencing all MOT reporting for the business monthly, communicating to the wider VMU’s and stakeholders on the business position. Assisting in overall engineering related systems, upgrades, and roll outs and data record keeping. Providing technical support to the VMU’s including central tracker reports to ensure the overall analytical information is accurate for the business. Controlling the master vehicle maintenance tracker (Portal for all VMU’s to update and share relevant information relating to vehicle maintenance). Demonstrating opportunities for continuous improvement in relation to vehicle engineering reporting. Liaising with dealerships on any asset recall required for the business, whilst ensuring all relevant master data is maintained within required systems. Who you are: Your skills and experience will include: Demonstrable experience in administrative and analytical roles (within Logistics industry desirable but not essential). Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communicator, with the ability to present analysis and insight to a wide variety of stakeholders. A team player willing and capable of collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accountable for high quality of work produced. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Gist?
