What you will be doing:
• To use your innovative and customer service skills to work with our award-winning team

• Due to the nature of the business the individual will be required to work a mixture of day and late shifts
• Basic knowledge in Purchasing, Receiving, Store management, Accounting preferable
• Manual handling
• Good supervisory skills
• Fork lift licence preferable
• Personal license preferable
• Stock control including bi weekly audits and monthly stock takes
• Preparing stock requirements for events
What you will need:
• Preferrable 3 years experience within a Retail/Hospitality management role
• Previous logistics experience, particularly linked to events and exhibitions
• Experience of large volume customer facing environment
• Store and rotate goods correctly using FIFO
• Deliver all goods to relevant outlets in agreed timescales
• Be role model to Team Leaders/Junior Managers
• A passion for success
• Creative flair
• Strong leadership skills and works well within the team or the ability to self-motivate
• Previous experience in cellar and bar stock management is a must
• Organise and maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all areas
• This role may require manual handling large volumes of heavy goods from time to time
• Ability to lead the team and ensure they have fun!
