Junior Project Engineer, SOCOTEC, competitive package - Thame
To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Water Equipment team. As the leading provider of Environment and Safety services across UK, SOCOTEC provides a comprehensive and unrivalled range of water hygiene, treatment, equipment and consultancy services. We’re looking for a Junior Project Engineer to:
* Organise initial project meetings to include all relevant departments
* From these meetings, create a program of works for the project from start to completion using Microsoft Project software
* Attend the internal weekly project meetings
* Communicate regularly with clients including attendance at site meetings
* Keep the Operations Manager informed of progress and any concerns
* Compile Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) as required by the client
* Coordinate any product installations or commissioning with both the client and internal service department
* Attend and complete site surveys for new and potential projects
* Attend the internal weekly technical meetings
* Provide technical telephone support to clients

* Excellent customer facing communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal team, both verbally and written.
* Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
* Exceptional time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software, Microsoft Project experience would be desirable.
* A knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment is desirable.
