Job summary To support the Central Production Unit (CPU) in delivering and assist in preparation, processing, chilling or freezing of raw materials in accordance with the strict procedures, using sophisticated high-volume cooking and chilling/freezing equipment. Will be responsible to the Kitchen Superintendent/Production Manager, but will be required to use own initiative within standard operating procedures, referring to the supervisor when necessary.
