This school is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team. In this role, you're offered the opportunity to train and progress in a supportive working environment. Your role will entail supporting children on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis. You're supporting the 'whole child', so in addition to supporting their education, you're also integral in ensuring their well-being, building their confidence, developing life skills, and encouraging socialisation.
This role is required on a full-time permanent basis and is a term-time only role. Applicants will be expected to work Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30pm.

Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant SEN experience (desirable)
* Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable)
* English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and learning activities
* Communicating with teachers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole school training events
