Solicitor/Barrister (Adult Social Care)
We require an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor (or equivalent) to support the Council’s Adult Social Care Service full time permanent basis. (Part time will be considered)
Full Time, Permanent (part time will be considered)
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Salary: Grade 12(£48,474.00 - £51,515.00)
Location: Agile Working/Dudley Town Centre
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day provision of an efficient and effective legal service to the Council, its Members and Officers. Occasional court attendance will be required to represent the Council on Adult Social Care matters.
Applicants should have adult social care law and general litigation law experience.The ability to work well within a team is essential as is the ability to demonstrate the following practical skills: Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills.
