Job summary We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated band 5 nurse to join our friendly team. Ward 39 is a specialist Cardiology Ward which consists of 20 beds. We predominantly take care of Heart Failure patients, however take any cardiology patients who do not require invasive cardiology intervention. Candidates must be enthusiastic & self motivated, and be committed to delivering high quality, patient centered care. No previous experience of working in Cardiology is required, we just need your passion to care for our patients. Main duties of the job The post is for a qualified nurse who wants to further their experience and skills in nursing.The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation of patient care needs.
