Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Saintfield, County Down. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Care Professionals and Support Team. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures Conduct inductions for new team members, ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their roles effectively Assess training needs and create personalised development plans for employees Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning content Conduct on-the-job competency assessments to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into training programmes Provide ongoing support and mentoring to staff members to reinforce learning and development
