Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and process all enquiries
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and client correspondence
3. Schedule and organise meetings
4. Maintain up-to-date calendars and project management systems
5. Coordinate schedules with subcontractors
6. Ensure digital files are well-organised
7. Prepare cost estimates and issue quote proposals
8. Raise invoices, track payments, and update financial records
9. Order materials and equipment
10. Provide IT system maintenance support
11. Oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines
12. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
Skills and Experience
1. Passion for service
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
