What we are looking for
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy team. Focusing on predominantly Staff Recruitment, undertaking pre-employment checks in line with Safer Recruitment practises, as part of Safeguarding requirements. You will be working as a part of the HR team dealing with a range of queries concerning all aspects of employment.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, confident, work very well under pressure against tight deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You should be confident in using digital HR systems where attention to detail is key, you will ensure accuracy and compliance in relation to all employee data. The key part of this role is administration, a HR background is not essential although would be helpful. If you are super organised and relish a challenge, this could be the role for you!
