Job summary The States of Guernsey are looking for an Associate Director for Clinical Support Services and Lead AHP to join the team at Health and Social Care. This is a key leadership role within HSC, operating as part of the senior leadership team and enabling the Director of Care Delivery Operations to fulfil their role in leading high quality high-quality services that deliver the best outcomes for individuals across the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The Associate Director provides leadership, operational management, and strategic direction of the service area in line with HSC Care Values and the Partnership of Purpose. They will lead services that deliver high quality outcomes against best practice and professional standards and demonstrate value for money. They will promote a culture of openness and transparency whilst enabling their teams to engage in person centred service developments through the annual service planning cycle. They will be an experienced Allied Health Professional (AHP) with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver the highest possible clinical and professional standards.
