RECRUITMENT ASSISTANTA super exciting opportunity to work for a leading media company bringing a new show to the west end as a Recruitment Assistant! RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ROLE:
* Partnering with hiring teams and managing interview scheduling processes for internal and external candidates via Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, etc
* Managing interviews that may include senior stakeholders, video or in-person meetings, and multiple interview stages
* Keeping candidates, hiring managers, and senior management fully updated during the recruitment journey by providing professional and timely communication with internal and external contacts
* Creating a positive candidate experience for applicants through timely and professional engagement
* Maintaining accurate, real-time records utilising existing processes and systems
* Providing general administration support to the hiring team depending on interview volumes, which could involve advertising roles, candidate administration, and reporting
RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
1. Minimum 12 months in a recruitment role
2. Experience in using Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams or similar to manage interview administration, and general IT skills to track and report on recruitment processes
3. Strong organisational and communication skills are needed to manage a busy workload and deal with multiple internal and external contacts
