We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our technical support team at Vectric Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers worldwide.
About the Role:
As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software solutions meet customer needs and deliver high-value applications in real-world settings.
You'll work closely with customers, the marketing team, and the product development team to identify and resolve technical issues, provide product training, and offer pre and post-sales assistance.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers, including troubleshooting software issues, offering solutions, and guiding them through CNC project workflows.
* Product Training: Conduct product training sessions for new customers, covering software features, best practices, and project optimization tips.
* Documentation and Resources: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and best practices documents to support customers and enhance product knowledge.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years in an Applications Engineering, Technical Support, or similar role, preferably within the CNC or CAD/CAM software industries.
* CNC Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC processes, machine setup, and basic manufacturing principles.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software; experience with Vectric products (e.g., VCarve, Aspire) is highly desirable.
