If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and able to speak both German and Polish, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound customer inquiries with a focus on delivering value-added, high-level support. Use webchat, email and occasionally telephone channels to assist customers and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed. Skills & Experience : Fluent in both German and Polish (spoken and written). Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
