SEN Teaching Assistant About the role: We’re looking for an experienced SEN TA to support children with challenging behaviours at a welcoming primary school in Barnet. This part-time role involves working closely with Key Stage 1 and 2 students, providing 1:1 and group support to help them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll assist teachers in creating a calm, inclusive learning environment and use your behaviour management skills to support students in overcoming challenges. Application Requirements: • Experience as an SEN TA, particularly with challenging behaviours .• Strong behaviour management and communication skills. • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) are desirable. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support for students with challenging behaviours.
* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to support students’ progress.
