Main duties of the job
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the clinicalmanagement of patients referred to the Regional Rehabilitation Unit (RRU) and /or attending a residential rehabilitation course.

Job description
Job responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
9. Performing highly skilled physiotherapeutic assessment of patients referred by Consultants, General Practitioners and Physiotherapists with diverse presentations and complex and acute / chronic physical conditions and sports injuries. Using clinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis.
10. Formulating, developing, and delivering a specialised individualised treatment programmes and exercise programmes based upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment, and appropriate clinical reasoning.
11. Managing and prioritising own clinical caseload efficiently and effectively.
12. Engaging in Continuous Quality Improvement through clinical audit and liaising closely with the Advanced Physiotherapist regarding professional performance in accordance with Healthcare Professions Council guidelines and governing core standards.
13. Advising the Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (ERI) with regards to the selection of the appropriate type, level and intensity of specific rehabilitation exercises.
