Water Hygiene Division
My client is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead their Water Hygiene division from their Scottish office. If you're passionate about progression and feel stagnant within your current role, this role is for you!
Our client is a leading provider of Water Hygiene Solutions, renowned for their commitment to safety & quality. With a strong presence in the industry, they are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of water hygiene, making a positive impact on communities and the environment. Their Glasgow office is a vibrant hub of expertise and collaboration, where every team member plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a dedicated team of water hygiene professionals, ensuring a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
2. Compliance Oversight: Develop and enforce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Training and Development: Conduct toolbox talks and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture and enhance team knowledge.
4. Contract Management: Manage contracts effectively, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements and best practices where necessary.
6. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
7. Project Management: Oversee project delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in managing the departmental budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

3. Expertise in service delivery management principles and best practices.
