We are looking for a skilled and proactive Office Manager/Schedule Planner to oversee our back-office operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of two schedulers/planners and a customer/data liaison professional. This role requires excellent organisational abilities, expertise in scheduling and planning, and a strong understanding of street works processes. As an Office Manager/Schedule Planner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and will directly contribute to the successful delivery of our smart metering projects.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately to help:
Establish and refine essential processes.
Familiarise themselves with the project platform.
Conduct interviews and recruit an additional scheduler prior to the programme launch.
