About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role, where you'll receive comprehensive training on ManageEngine Endpoint Central, followed by two additional ManageEngine products: AD360 and Service Desk .
While ManageEngine tools may be new to you, candidates with experience in endpoint management software will find the transition straightforward.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless IT operations, working alongside a collaborative support team to resolve issues and enhance our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ManageEngine tools.
Assist with MS cloud technologies, including diagnosing and resolving issues.
Support and maintain endpoint management solutions.
Collaborate with the team to optimise IT service delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience At least 1 year of support experience in a technical role.
Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft Cloud Technologies (e.g., Office 365, Azure).
Familiarity with Active Directory .
Hands-on experience with endpoint management software such as SCCM, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, or QUEST tools (hugely advantageous).
