Title: Digital Content Executive - size? Group
The purpose of this role is to support the senior exec/content manager and wider digital teams in maintaining and developing the customer journey across all digital channels while managing day-to-day content updates. You will work with marketing, creative, and development teams to execute campaigns and promotions from brief to delivery with a data-first approach, reviewing site metrics daily to understand and optimize performance, and setting clear, measurable actions to improve KPIs.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular site checks to ensure the best possible customer journeys are in place and resolve any issues with the relevant teams.
2. Day-to-day responsibility for updating and maintaining all content across the size? Group websites, including apps, utilizing various platforms and CMS tools.
3. Work with trade and marketing teams to ensure all relevant products are promoted and showcased in line with trading plans.
4. Brief creative teams and manage the rollout of assets to suit all channels and territories.
5. Collaborate with the wider team to develop site improvements and drive innovation that increases onsite conversion, product views, and add-to-cart rates across desktop and mobile.
6. Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency are executed across UK & EU territories and all responsible channels.
7. Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touchpoints through to purchase.
8. Monitor competitor activity and relevant creative sources for inspiration and share with the wider team.
9. Manage campaigns and promotional activity to ensure timely content delivery.
10. Ensure relevant updates to landing pages/brand pages, etc.
11. Conduct daily site crawling to ensure everything is up to date.
Skills and Experience:
* 1+ years proven experience in an Ecommerce optimization position.
* Shopify experience preferred.
* Experience using Google Analytics.
* Experience using Content Square preferred.
* Analytical skills are essential.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to work alongside other departments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to work as part of a small team in a fast-moving environment.
