Role
As an Energy Operations Executive, you will be the team lead for our energy procurement business by providing operations and sales support to the company, as required. Due to recent company growth, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Energy Operations Executive to join our team in central Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing fixed energy contracts for SME and I&C customers
2. Submitting and processing customer contracts
3. Management of onboarding new clients
4. Answering calls from clients and suppliers
5. Capturing customer information correctly in our purpose-built in-house CRM system
6. Coordinating new connections and meter installs with relevant stakeholders
7. Processing change of tenancies (COTs) with suppliers
8. Processing new connections
9. Resolving customer billing queries
10. Liaising with the sales team to support revenue growth and retention
11. Ad hoc office duties when needed
Qualifications
1. 2 – 5 years of experience in either operations and pricing within the energy supply sector/TPI sector (key requirement)
2. Candidate must be resilient and work well under pressure (key requirement)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must nurture relationships with suppliers
4. Must be diligent and detail-oriented – “eye for detail”
5. A proactive individual who is prepared to challenge and improve internal processes
6. Candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, and punctual

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bristol. 37.5 hrs per week.
Hours are 9:00 - 17:00. Start date: ASAP.
