Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - At-Risk Customer Support
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Watford (Free parking on site)
On site initially then Hybrid after completing probation
Start date: 10th December (full attendance required for 6 weeks training)
About the Role:
We are seeking empathetic and proactive customer service advisors to join our team and support vulnerable and at-risk customers. You will contact customers via calls, webchat, and email, offering assistance and providing a high level of care, promoting Responsible Play.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse customer data to identify "at-risk" indicators.
Reach out to customers who need support, providing empathy and reviewing their accounts with them.
Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive customer experience.What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills.
Experience managing difficult or sensitive conversations with empathy.
A calm, solution-focused approach when addressing customer concerns.
A willingness to learn company policies and procedures.
