You'll be part of a mission to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, maintain their tenancies, engage in their local communities, develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals that truly matter to them. Beyond direct care, you'll play a vital role as a Key Worker, helping individuals reach their dreams and ambitions. From offering personal care and medication assistance to fostering meaningful relationships with service users, you'll be making connections that count. You'll also tackle administrative and housing management tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly, while working flexibly as part of the relief team. To be part of this rewarding opportunity, you will need 12 months of experience in supporting people with learning disabilities.
